French is a noble language. For thousands of years, it was spoken by kings, peasants, and philosophers. It is the language of innovation and discovery, the parlance of the Seine and the Eiffel, the cradle in which the concept of egalite, liberte, and fraternitas took root, flourished, and crossed oceans to reach the country we now know as the United States of America.
